All Beck instruments carry a lifetime guarantee against any defects in material and workmanship.
REPAIR SERVICE
We have an in-house repair facility. We will repair, sharpen, re-serrate, and adjust instruments. All repairs are subject to a minimal charge.
Returns
Any items returned must be in new and resalable condition. No merchandise will be accepted for credit after 30 days without previous consent. Items returned for credit after 30 days may be subject to a restocking charge. All items returned for repair or credit must be accompanied by a note stating reason for return. E.A. Beck & Co. cannot accept any liability for damaged or lost merchandise, thus all returns must be insured for full value and sent with postage prepaid to:
